    We will confirm availability with our hosts and artisans for your preferred dates and send you an email with more details and a link to book your escape.

  • 4. Lock It In

    Once you click on the booking link, we will secure your chosen package and promptly send you a Booking Confirmation that includes detailed payment instructions.

  • 5. Deposit

    We ask that percentage deposit is paid within 7 days of booking.

  • 6. Final Payment

    All remaining payments are due 4 weeks prior to your escape. These payments can be made in increments leading up to the due date or in one lump sum.

  • Booking a Girls Escape in advance is advisable to ensure availability and secure your desired accommodations and activities. We recommend at least 4 - 6 months in advance. This gives you the chance to arrange time off work, baby sitters and payment without the stress of being in a hurry.

  • We do our very best to curate the most wonderful and enjoyable packages for you; however we do understand that depending on what season of life you are in, you may like to experience different options. This is where we like to offer our custom packages where we can work together to come up with your dream escape.

  • We acknowledge that each girl group has unique preferences and needs. That's why we strive to provide a range of accommodation options, including both shared and private rooms, to accommodate everyone comfortably. If you have specific preferences for bedding configurations, please feel free to communicate those details in the "special notes" section of the booking request form. Your comfort is our priority, and we'll do our best to fulfill your requests.

  • Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to all parties involved. Here's a breakdown of the policy:

    • Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to departure: A $100 per person non-refundable deposit is applicable upon cancellation.

    • Cancellation less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to departure: 50% of the total cost of the travel products or package will be payable upon cancellation.

    • Cancellation less than 2 weeks before departure: 100% of the total cost of the travel products or package will be payable upon cancellation.

  • If your desired dates coincide with a long weekend, you're in for a treat – you'll have the opportunity to extend your escape and spend a bit more relaxation with our 3-night minimum stay option. On these special occasions, prices might vary. Rest assured, we'll be sure to keep you informed about any price adjustments that might apply.

  • Absolutely! If you're looking to extend your retreat beyond the standard 2-night package, we're more than happy to accommodate your desires. Simply let us know, and we'll work closely with you to tailor a custom package that aligns perfectly with your preferences and ensures an even more unforgettable experience for you and your girl crew.
